Technology Usage Update: For students that do not have adequate access to technology to be able to participate in hybrid or full time virtual education, York Preparatory Academy has created options for families to check out school owned devices.
To reserve a device, please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Log onto your child's FEEPAY account (https://www.studentquickpay.com/yorkprepsc/) to pay the $35 fee (per device). If you do not have a student ID number, please email debi.smith@yorkprepsc.org.
Step 2: Complete the Home Device Agreement available on our website at https://5il.co/j0dp. Email the form to Ms. Hope Moore at hope.moore@yorkprepsc.org or bring the completed form to the Student Union during the device pick up times.
Step 3: Pick up your child's device on 8/13, 8/14, 8/17- 8/19 from 10:00 am - 12:30 pm at the Student Union building. Specific LEAP day schedules are listed on pgs 5-7 on Back to School guide (https://5il.co/j4ie). Masks are required to enter the Student Union building. Please make sure to pay the fee and complete the above form prior to coming to pick up a device. Failure to do so could result in much longer wait times or possibly being asked to come back at a later time. Please contact Ms. Hope Moore at hope.moore@yorkprepsc.org with questions.

LEAP days start this Thursday! LEAP days are five on-campus days (August 13-19) mandated by the state to allow students to meet their teachers, take assessments, and learn important information to prepare them for the school year ahead. Check out the LEAP schedule in our Back to School guide (pages 5-7) at https://5il.co/j4ie.
