Announcement 9/8/20: York Prep is pleased to announce that the U.S. Department of Agriculture has granted approval for York Prep to participate in the meal program through December 31, 2020 or until available funding runs out. That means that all students will be eligible to receive FREE breakfast and lunch until December 31, 2020 or while funding is available. York Preparatory Academy will begin taking nominations for the YPA Board of Directors today, 8/25/20 and will continue to accept nominations until Friday, September 4, 2020. Board Elections will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2020 utilizing a web-based voting system. Voting details will be provided closer to the election date.To nominate a person for the board, please send the nominee's name, email address and phone number to the Board Election Committee at brian.myrup@yorkprepsc.org. Please note: There would also be a mandatory pre-election board training for all nominees on Saturday, September 19. This full day training will be offered on campus and virtually and is required as a prerequisite to being on the ballot. Additional information regarding the voting times will be sent in upcoming announcements. Please feel free to email the Board Election Committee with any questions at brian.myrup@yorkprepsc.org.
