During the month of May all students in third through eighth grade are required to take statewide assessments. Students in grades third through eighth grade will take the South Carolina College and Career READY Assessments (SC READY). SC READY includes tests in ELA (Writing and Reading) and Mathematics. The South Carolina Palmetto Assessment of State Standards (SCPASS) is a statewide assessment that will be administered to students in grades fourth through eighth grade. SCPASS includes tests in two subjects: science and social studies. Below you will find the testing dates for each grade level.
