The Intent to Return form for the 2023-24 school year for York Preparatory Academy was emailed to the primary PowerSchool contacts. This form allows you to confirm your intent for your student to return to York Prep.
Parents/guardians must complete the Intent to Return form to register student(s) for the next school year. The South Carolina Department of Education requires that all families submit ONE (1) proof of SC residency annually as part of the re-enrollment process. Families can upload this proof of residency to complete the Intent to Return form.
Acceptable proofs of residency include:
- Utility Bill (power bill, water bill, cable bill), Mortgage Statement, Insurance on the home, Signed Lease Agreement
- Complete documents, including the guardian name, recent date and service address, must be included in the documentation. Pictures of envelopes will not be accepted.
- If you do not have residency documents in your name, you must submit an Affidavit of Residency form with the proof of residency documents for your current address in the owner/renter's name. Link to Affidavit of Residency Form: https://5il.co/s28r
