High School Athletes: Starting Monday, 7/11/22, Coach McGugan will offer summer weight training/ conditioning for ALL high school athletes regardless of the sport.
- SCHEDULE: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays beginning 7/11
- Female Athletes: 8:30-10:00 am
- Male Athletes: 10:00-11:30 am
- WHERE: Meet in the SU Weight Room, enter through the weight room side door and not the door upstairs
- REQUIREMENT: Must have a sports physical dated after April 1, 2022 loaded to PlanetHS prior to participating

Volleyball: If your 8th-12th grade student is interested in participating in volleyball workouts this summer, please contact Coach Ferguson. Athletes must have an updated physical to participate.
Cross Country: Cross Country summer workouts will be Monday-Thursday from 7:30-9:00 am starting Monday, June 27th. There will be no workouts the week of July 4th.
