Partner Enrollment Program- Tuition Reimbursement

York Preparatory Academy supports your journey through our Partner Enrollment Program. Students who enroll in dual enrollment courses and who achieve a letter grade of an “A” or “B” will be reimbursed for tuition that they paid (excluding the cost of books or other fees) for those classes. Additionally, students who enroll in an enrollment partner’s High School credit course may qualify for the same tuition reimbursement as long as that course is not offered through YPA or SC Virtual.

Guidelines:

  • The courses or programs you select must be from our approved partners in this program. If you have

suggestions for additional partners, please let us know.

  • You must pay for the tuition, books, and any fees up front. In order to be considered for reimbursement, you

must submit an itemized receipt confirming your payment of those fees along with this form. Reimbursement

for successful classes will be paid on the tuition amount only. Books and fees remain the responsibility of the

    student.

  • The student must successfully complete the course with an “A” or “B” grade to qualify for reimbursement.

Please only list classes on the form that you have completed with an “A” or “B”.

  • You must submit this form no later than 30 days after the end of the semester that the courses were taken in

order to qualify for reimbursement. Late submissions will miss the processing deadline.

  • Other fees on the student’s account at the school must be paid and current in order to qualify for

reimbursement of tuition fees. If you have questions about your account, please contact the finance

    department.
